after when my first daughter was born. I did the basic maintenance on the Z and that was it. I still enjoyed the car, but really didn't think twice about it as long as it got me from A to B (not to mention right after grad school I was in a consulting job flying all over the country and not driving it much anyway). Family and work priorities took center stage, as they should. After I left that job and we moved back from the Midwest to the Northeast, I had a bit more time (and money) to renew my interest in it and have been working on it ever since. To be honest, this forum also rekindled a lot of that forgotten love for my Z. So much so that even when I get a new DD in the net year, I'm going to hold on the Z and keep improving it. Don't think I'll ever sell it (although don't hold me to that). Good luck with your other priorities. Family and career should always come first.
